In Argentina, employees are granted 1 to 4 days of leave when a family member passes away. But when we lose one of our furry friends, there’s no time off—even though returning to work can feel impossible.

That’s why, together with Mon Ami, an Argentine pet food brand that champions multi-species families, we decided to take a stand. We spoke directly to those who see pets as family and have the power to make them part of the law: members of the Congress.

And guess what? We sparked a national debate that had Argentina’s media buzzing.
